Support Engineer (f/m/d)

You will support our customers on the phone and by e-mail with all questions relating to our applications. Whether it’s technical assistance with website pixelation or the use of interfaces, questions about evaluation options or advice on our services – you provide competent, understandable and always friendly help. Recording customer feedback, helping with error analysis, managing tickets and acting as an advocate for customers in the optimization of our products; all of this is the focus of your wide-ranging area of responsibility. You will work closely with Sales, Product Management and Technology.

You will also create, update and optimize instructions, documentation and help systems and contribute to the expansion and further development of our service organization and processes. Proactively supporting customers with onboarding and upgrading is a matter of course for you.
