As

Consultant (f/m/d)

you are a consultant and coach for our customers. You support and accompany them in defining and implementing their individual web analytics strategies and help with the implementation of our software.

You will also design customized training courses and workshops and conduct them via online sessions or on site at the customer’s premises so that customers can get the most out of etracker Analytics. You are also part of our etracker Academy, whose training courses are offered regularly.

The creation, updating and optimization of training materials, instructions and documentation round off your area of responsibility. Working on the further development of our service organization and processes is a matter of course for us.

As an experienced consultant (f/m/d), you know the variety of tasks and the challenges of this position. As a “junior”, we will be happy to introduce you to this wide-ranging and interesting job so that you can grow into the task and gradually take on more responsibility.

• a high level of analytical and conceptual competence as well as a strong customer and results orientation
