As

Onboarding Manager (f/m/d)

you will be part of our Customer Service team with a clear focus on the entire onboarding process. With your help, our solutions – etracker analytics, etracker tag manager and etracker consent manager – will be securely and competently introduced to our customers: from implementation to setting up reports, API queries, consent banner design, employee training and much more.

As an etracker expert, you will also support and advise our customers on all questions relating to our application by phone, email or in a web conference. Whether technical assistance, questions about evaluation options or advice on our services – you provide competent, professional and always friendly help. Taking customer feedback, helping with error analysis, managing tickets and helping to optimize our products; your tasks are varied.

You will also take care of content for the automated onboarding process in the form of tutorials and ensure that documentation and FAQs are always up to date. You will also support the creation of training programs in our LMS (Learning Management System).
